Point Promotion Conditions:

Owners of all brand new vehicles sold by Fiat after December 1, 2016 and which are converted to LPG by Fiat authorized service centers after they are sold, as well as owners of vehicles sold by Fiat in Turkey on or after January 1, 2016, converted to LPG at Fiat authorized service centers and with less than 10,000 km can take advantage of the promotion. Consumers who want to take advantage of this promotion should call the Aygaz Call Center using the number on the Aygaz FGS (Fuel Guarantee System) card inside their vehicle and then send a copy of the approved service document indicating the service center where the conversion was performed, a copy of the vehicle registration and the Aygaz FGS card number inside the vehicle converted to LPG to Aygaz via fax (02164540201) or e-mail (aygaziletisimhatti@mail.comdatatr.com) by December 31, 2018.

After Aygaz has received the necessary documents, points worth 50 TL that can be used on autogas will be loaded on the Aygaz FGS card after review by Aygaz and Fiat, and the Aygaz FGS card will benefit from a 10% point promotion for each autogas purchase until December 31, 2018 up to a total of 3,000 TL provided the following additional terms are satisfied. In order to for the FGS card to earn the 10% points, LPG purchases must be made with the license plate on the registration to which the Aygaz FGS card is registered.

The Point Promotion is valid at all participating Aygaz and Mogaz stations that are part of the Paro system. The expiration dates for the points at stations is January 31, 2019. You can obtain detailed information about the promotion via www.aygaz.com.tr and www.fiat.com. Those who participate in the campaign agree to accept all of the terms of the promotion. Aygaz and Fiat reserve the right to halt or terminate the promotion and to make changes to the terms of the promotion.

Terms of Participation in the AYGAZ Fuel Guarantee System (“FGS”).

The Aygaz Fuel Guarantee System is a guarantee system valid with the following terms on all brand new vehicles sold by Fiat in Turkey after January 1, 2016 and converted to LPG at service centers authorized by Fiat after the sale, and any vehicle with less than 10,000 km. In order to take advantage of this promotion, consumers should call the Aygaz Call Center using the number on the Aygaz FGS (Fuel Guarantee System) card inside their vehicle and then send a copy of the approved service document indicating the service center where the conversion was performed, a copy of the vehicle registration and the Aygaz FGS card number inside the vehicle converted to LPG to Aygaz via fax (02164540201) or e-mail (aygaziletisimhatti@mail.comdatatr.com) by December 31, 2018.

The Aygaz Fuel Guarantee System shall be valid as long as the vehicles that will benefit from the Aygaz Fuel Guarantee System are still under warranty or the warranty granted/extended by Fiat, the vehicle’s periodic maintenance was fully performed to Fiat standards, at least 80% of the vehicles LPG consumption consisted of autogas purchased with the Aygaz FGS Card from Aygaz/Mogaz stations and it is determined by a Fiat authorized service center that the malfunction is due to LPG fuel. If it is determined in a review conducted by Aygaz of the license plate and the Aygaz FGS card, that at least 80% of the vehicle’s overall consumption (overall consumption is found by multiplying the vehicle mileage by the vehicle’s factory fuel consumption as indicated by Fiat) came from Aygaz/Mogaz stations and that it meets other system conditions, the vehicle shall be handled under the Aygaz Fuel Guarantee System. Otherwise, vehicles cannot take advantage of the Aygaz Fuel Guarantee System. If climate conditions exceed the limits specified in TS EN 589 or there are malfunctions that might be due to the use of gasoline or another fuel besides LPG, all costs and expenditures outside of Fiat services and repair of the damages, shall be excluded from the Aygaz Fuel Guarantee System.
